Complete maintenance and insurance is included in your monthly rental fee.

Shar guarantees that you will be happy with the quality of your instrument.  You may initiate repairs or exchange instruments at any time during the duration of your contract.  If you are unhappy with your instrument, we will gladly repair it, or exchange it for another instrument, at no cost to you.

If your instrument is in need of repair, simply contact us to arrange for repair or replacement.  If your repair will take more than three days, we will gladly provide a loaner instrument.  There is no additional cost for this service.

For proper musical development, it is very important for students to use the correct size instrument.  Shar will gladly exchange a rental instrument for the next size up at any time.  You will retain all accumulated purchase credits.  In addition, if you are unhappy with your instrument for any reason, Shar will immediately exchange your instrument for one that satisfies your needs.
